I needed some repair work done to my roof, and most big companies have a nominal fee just to come out. In speaking with... Mark (owner/manger) he told me he'd come out and take a look. Not only did he come out and take a look, he went up on the roof on a weekend day, patched up the areas I needed work on, and didn't even charge me! I called them hoping to find the dollar amount for the invoice and the receptionist Stacey told me I was all set. I am extremely grateful for the pro bono work performed. Lake Orion Roofing will be my first call when Im due for a new roof. Thank you!read more

Years ago, I worked with Lake Orion Roofing to put a new roof on my complicated home (7 different roof lines) and they... were absolutely wonderful to work with! So fast forward to now: I was having trouble with water in my lower level and was able to track it to a problem that had developed with my family room roof drainage. I called Lake Orion Roofing because they did the original roof and Mark was right out to work with me to correct the problem that had developed. In fact, he actually showed up on a Sunday to listen to what I thought was the problem. He examined the roof and the next week (when I was gone), he came by and fixed the problem. I am grateful for his expertise, prompt response and his dedication to his clients. Thank you Mark! Lynn Hoaglandread more

I called Lake Orion Roofing to repair a couple shingles that flew off my roof in a storm. They came right over and I... did not even need to be home (I was away when they came) and fixed the roof so that you can't tell there were ever any missing or damaged shingles. They did a great job!read more
