Had a very good experience from quotation to final cleanup when the job was completed (all in one day). They provided... addresses of recent projects with the shingle types so we could see what the color looks like installed which helped us choose the best color for our house. I had 7 different quotes and Lake Orion Roofing offered the best bang for the buck. With Class 4 impact resistant... shingles, the quote was actually the most competitive. The other companies were charging more for a lower grade shingle. Ultimately, the installation (complete tear off) was started and completed in just one day. The crew was very friendly and did a great job. I was very impressed by their cleanup as there was nothing left behind. Overall, great job! I would highly recommend Lake Orion Roofing!read more

Lake Orion Roof did a very good job on our roof. Mark was very good at answering questions and going over things with... us. Stacy and Cindy were very kind and called back pretty quick when had to leave messages. Had some delays at first because of another project and weather but they did keep us up to date on this and when they did get out installation was quick. One downfall was when the shingles were delivered and because of a new driveway they could not put on the roof. They did not knock on the door to let someone know they were here and they put the shingles in front of the garage and blocking the sidewalk to the front door. They were suppose to put in the spare parking spot. So when person in the house saw this we called and emailed Lake Orion Roofing and they got the guy to come back and move them. Other then that things went good. They cleaned up very nicely.read more

I had my roof redone last week and the whole experience was extremely smooth. The crew showed up on time and worked... efficiently! What stood out the most was the communication. I always knew what was going on, and they were patient with all my questions. The finished roof looks great!! I’m definitely glad I went them!!! 🙂read more

We had Lake Orion Roofing install our roof a few years ago. We have not had any issues until this past winter. Mark... came out and walked around the roof found the issue and took care of it. While he was up the roof, he found a few more potential issues and repaired them as well. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.read more

I was contacted by several storm chaser roofing companies telling me we had hail in the neighborhood and they wanted to... inspect the roof for damage. I was almost positive we had no hail on the day they suggested. Since LO roofing had done my roof some years ago I called them to see if they would come out and do an inspection. They were so nice and understood my concerns. They came out and did a full inspection and found no damage. So glad I went with a local and reputable company.read more
